I am a passionate yoga teacher and holistic wellbeing interior designer, devoted to nurturing harmony in both inner and outer spaces. My approach embraces the complete well-being of every being, honoring the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of life.
Born and raised in Barcelona, I spent much of my life there before answering a deeper call, one that led me to Colombia in 2014 to experience and study ancestral medicine, indigenous traditions and yoga. A path that 3 years later took me to India and Nepal for deeper training and personal transformation.
I’ve had the privilege of studying with some of the world’s most inspiring teachers. I’m a certified Kundalini and Hatha Raja Yoga teacher (200 hrs each), trained with Hargobind Singh, Andrei Ram, and Sri Dharma Mittra. My journey also includes Yoga Therapy and advanced Meditation training with Krishna Kaur. These teachings are the heart of my practice and the foundation of the healing space I hold for others to reconnect, awaken, and grow.
For over a decade, I’ve shared the healing practices of yoga and meditation across Colombia, Mexico, Spain, and the UK. In 2020, I felt called to root myself in London, dedicating my path to guiding others into deeper connection with the infinite wisdom that lives within.
Life, in its mysterious wisdom, often calls us to awaken through challenge. In 2022, I received such a call. Suffering from chronic pain and reduced mobility, and feeling for months that my body was breaking and falling apart, I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. The diagnosis was devastating, the prognosis was serious, and the treatment offered was aggressive. But in that moment of darkness, something stirred within me, a quiet but powerful knowing that the same force that creates life can also heal it. Trusting my intuition, I made the choice to walk a different path.
I turned inward and committed fully to the practices that had always held me: yoga, meditation, breath, and diet. Every morning. Every evening. Every single day, through deep devotion and trust in the body’s wisdom, I witnessed a profound transformation. One year later, without medication or conventional treatment, I experienced what I can only describe as a miracle; I entered remission.
Yoga has always been my anchor, my medicine, my teacher. Through it, I have learned to trust the body’s innate intelligence, the heart’s resilience, and the mind’s potential for healing, peace and clarity.
